Service agreement
The rules and responsibilities that apply when you create an account, interact with members, or purchase services through Malavi.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use Malavi. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Create and use only accounts you are authorized to control.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Malavi may require identity or photo verification for safety, trust, or feature access.
Malavi provides tools for discovery, matching, communication, verification, and optional paid benefits. Recommendations and compatibility scores are informational and do not guarantee a match, response, relationship, identity, or outcome.
Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Malavi systems.
Do not use automated accounts or Malavi data to build competing datasets, surveillance tools, or unsolicited marketing lists.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Malavi a limited license to host, process, display, resize, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You must have the right to upload and share your content.
You can remove profile content using available controls, subject to limited retention for safety, backups, disputes, and legal obligations.
We may remove content that violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, or another person's rights.
Package price, currency, duration, benefits, and renewal terms are shown before confirmation. Successful payments activate or extend membership according to the selected package. Pending, failed, rejected, or cancelled payments do not activate benefits.
Recurring membership continues until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal while current benefits remain available through the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Taxes, promotions, refunds, and payment-method availability may vary by market and will be disclosed during checkout.
Payment records may be retained for reconciliation, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
You are responsible for your interactions with other members. Use judgment, protect personal and financial information, and follow safe meeting practices. Malavi does not conduct an exhaustive background check on every member.
Block or report concerning behavior through the available safety controls.
Malavi is not an emergency service. Contact local authorities when there is immediate danger.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate misconduct, comply with law, prevent fraud, or enforce these terms. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
You may stop using Malavi and request account deletion at any time.
Terms that logically need to survive termination, including payment records, licenses already exercised, safety records, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, remain effective as applicable.
We may update these terms as Malavi changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or account contact details when appropriate. Continuing to use Malavi after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
